Original Birth Certificate for Nursery, K.G. I, K.G. II & std. 1st.
Original Leaving Certificate (T.C.) for admission in std. 2nd to std. 12th.
Photocopy of the pervious report card.
Completed Application form.
Photocopy of the student’s birth certificate and Aadhar Card.
Photocopy of Caste Certificate and Leaving Certificate (T.C.) of Parents.
